Voobly supports mods now, so you don't have to think of ways to detect and remove walls. Could make walls weaker or make them cost a certain amount or even make it so they can only be built in certain areas of the map. could also give more units attack bonuses vs walls.
Well I don't think adding more seige would be a good idea. There is already plenty of useful siege in the game but it has been removed from CBA, meaning if they wanted more siege they would just put the current back in.

Seige ongaers should no way be added to CBA, for one most civilisations don't get them, and the ones that do are already high powered civilisations in CBA. and for two, they are way to overpowered in the first place, there would be no point creating archers any more or pikemen and rams would just get raped. The game would turn into battle of the best horse unit and would extend playing time greatly.
